Often times Beds for Kids will deliver beds to a family who will excitedly receive them but will still be lacking the linens and pillows to dress it.  So, Beds for Kids relies on volunteers and supporters to collect and donate new bed items for the children to put on their newly received beds.

A Bed Kit includes the following new items:

• 1 Twin flat sheet (new)
• 1 Twin fitted sheet (new)
• 1 Pillow (standard size) & Pillow Case (new)
• 1 Blanket (new)

Bed Kits should include all items mentioned above, however, individual pieces are welcomed donations as well.  A typical complete bed kit set should cost between $20-$25 through the purchase of each item at local vendors.  These bed kits are a gift to each child alongside the bed that they receive from Beds for Kids upon delivery. Bed kits are needed for the thousands of children in Charlotte in need of a bed to sleep on!
